<p>Modules of the plant charge waste containing organic matter (1), dry the charge (5), pyrolyze it in a reactor (2) under reduced pressure, draw off (3) pyrolysis gas and exploit (4) recovered energy and treat (8) flue gases. The flue gas purification system meets applicable regulatory requirements. The dryer achieves adequate dryness using steam sent from the boiler (4) to the drying module. Separable modules are combined as an assembly. The disposition allows dried material to be recycled under gravity, to achieve the required degree of dryness, ahead of pyrolysis. Sludge and condensates from drying are led under gravity to the combustion chamber (4) to be burned. Condensate from steam feeding the dryer, is returned under gravity to the steam generator. The drying module is above the recycling installation for waste. The gas recovery system is above the reactor. The solids recovery system is located in the lower part of the reactor. A feed high in the reactor, supplies sludges and condensates from drying, by flow under gravity to the combustion chamber. Gases from the combustion chamber and steam from the steam generator are fed to the drying module. A flue gas purification system is included. Airlocks are formed by compression screws, pumps or slide valves.</p> |
