ALGAE-LYSING BACTERIA SINORHIZOBIUM SP. KFCC 11297 AND METHOD FOR REMOVING ALGAE USING THE SAME MICROORGANISM

PURPOSE: An algae-lysing bacteria Sinorhizobium sp. KFCC 11297 and a method for removing algae using the same microorganism are provided, thereby effectively solving environmental problems caused by algae. CONSTITUTION: An algae-lysing bacteria Sinorhizobium sp. KFCC 11297 containing 16S rDNA having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 is provided, wherein Sinorhizobium sp. KFCC 11297 is isolated from Seokchon lake. A method for removing algae comprises culturing Sinorhizobium sp. KFCC 11297 and applying the cultured medium of Sinorhizobium sp. KFCC 11297 to algae living water, wherein the cultured medium of Sinorhizobium sp. KFCC 11297 is obtained by culturing Sinorhizobium sp. KFCC 11297 in BG-11 medium and centrifuging the cultured medium; the algae is blue-green algae; and the blue-green algae is Anabaena cylindrica. A bio-agent for control algae contains Sinorhizobium sp. KFCC 11297 or the cultured medium thereof.
