<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for quickly dealing with a request for a printed matter from a customer and reducing the labor of a staff for a managing work by removing the waste of any storage space or printed matter. <P>SOLUTION: A center server set at a control center for holding printed matter data, a printer server set in a store, a printer for printing a printed matter and a staff terminal to be operated by a staff are connected through a communication line to each other. The printer server distributes printed matter data to the printer server, stores the distributed printed matter data and displays the list chart of the printed matters in response to a request from the staff terminal.
