Compounds of formula (I), wherein: R1 and R2 are independently optionally substituted phenyl, R3 is halo, nitro C1-6alkyl, cyano, C1-6haloalkyl, hydroxy, or C1-6alkoxy, n is 0 to 3, R4 is H, hydroxy or NR10R11, A is -CO, -CH2-, or a bond, Q is C1-4alkylene, U, W and X are independently optionally substituted carbon, or is nitrogen, V is optionally substituted nitrogen, or is oxygen, and Y is C1-4alkylene or -CO-. The compounds are used in the manufacture of medicaments for the treatment of diseases mediated by modulation of chemokine receptor activity.
