PURPOSE: A noise compensation method of a crank position sensor in a diesel engine is provided to control a fuel amount by RPMs(Revolution Per Minute) by counting a signal cycle inside a specific RPM and by-passing and compensating to former normal data when an abnormal signal is detected. CONSTITUTION: In starting a vehicle(S100), a first condition such as a status of an engine idle, an opening degree of an accelerating pedal, an RPM of an engine, a speed of the vehicle and so on is checked by receiving an operating status signal of the vehicle(S110). In satisfying the first condition, the abnormality of a cycle of a crank position sensor is checked(S120). In satisfying the second condition, a compensation control logic of the crank position sensor is performed(S130). Thereby, the disorder and the temporary stop of the engine are prevented.
