PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a reflective panel is provided to form liquid crystal implantation channels on respective wires for removing the liquid crystal implantation reject during the cell procedure. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a reflective panel includes the steps of forming a gate insulating film(32) after forming a plurality of gate signal wires(41) on a transparent substrate(31) and forming an active layer and data wires on the insulating film, forming a passivation film for protecting channels on the structure, forming an organic insulating film(35) on the passivation film, forming via contact holes for the connection between signal wires and the connection between source electrodes and pixel electrodes, and forming embossing patterns on the organic insulating film for improving the viewing angle, and forming pixel electrodes serving as a reflecting plate. The embossing patterns have the same width on the respective wires. Liquid crystal implantation channels(50) are formed to either of the gate signal wires or the data wires with an organic insulating film thickness equal to the minimum thickness of the organic insulating film of the embossing pattern. |
