<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile machine for effectively utilizing recording paper on which a received document or a report is outputted and for printing an easy to see document or report. <P>SOLUTION: A double side/one side print selection menu 321 which selects a double side print or one side print and which is provided to an operation display section 32 in the case of printing a received document and printing a report selects a print system. The selected print system is set to a double side/one side switching control section 31 independently of the case the received document is printed and in the case the report is printed. When a print of a report is designated, the page of a text part and an image part of the report is fed. When the double side print is set as the print system of the report is set to the double side/one side switching control section 31 as the print system of the report, the image part of the report is printed on a page next to the final page of printing the text part of the report to separate the text part and the image part, and the number of recording paper sheets on which the report is printed is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
