PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal structure of a battery pack by removing the cause of accidents of short circuit and breakage of a circuit by preventing the fluctuation of a lithium ion battery, in its turn a protection circuit board by installing protruding bars on the back of an upper cover in the dimension positioning the inside of the protection circuit board bonded to the lithium ion battery with an adhesive double coated tape. SOLUTION: This structure of the battery pack comprises an upper cover and a lower cover housing a rechargeable lithium ion battery and a U-shaped protection circuit board combined up and down with this battery to electrically protect and supplying electric power to and receiving it from an outside electronic equipment body, and detachably connected to the outside electronic equipment body, and right and left protruding bars are installed in the position on the inside of the U-shaped protection circuit board on the back of the upper cover.
