摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent simultaneous re-transmission after interruption of a speech. SOLUTION: A wireless control station 10 in this mobile communication system is provided with: a storage means for extracting and receiving speech quality information at start of the speech and at a predetermined cycle obtained by a speech quality measurement means of all mobile stations in a system including both mobile stations 60, 70 and storing the information associated with the ID of all the mobile stations when e.g. the mobile stations 60, 70 start a speech; and a storage means for discriminating the quality ranking from the stored speech quality information, storing the ranking, and storing a mobile station with high speech quality as a mobile station whose transmission is inhibited after interruption of a speech out of both stations being a pair of making a speech as a result of the ranking discrimination. On the occurrence of speech interruption during a speech, the mobile communication system transfers the mobile station, on the basis of the information stored in the storage means, into a transmission inhibit state, informs the mobile station whose re- transmission is permitted after the interruption of speech by using a preset message during the speech so as to avoid from being busy in two-ways at re- transmission.
