PURPOSE: A mobile fermenting device is provided which makes optimal fermenting condition by supplying air and hot air from the outside to the inside and continuously and naturally ferments livestock excrements, human excrements or food wastes. CONSTITUTION: The mobile fermenting device which uses a loading box(100) of a dump truck as a fermenting tank, comprises: (i) porous pipes(160) which are cylindrical bodies having many vent holes around the circumference of the bottom and are installed on both sides of the loading box inclined toward the its bottom to supply the outside air to the inside; (ii) porous pipes(150) which are cylindrical bodies having vent holes around whole circumference and are vertically installed between porous pipes(160) to discharge the inside air to the outside; (iii) porous plates(120) which are plate bodies having many vent holes in a vertical direction and are installed on the bottom of the loading box at a certain height of interval; (iv) a hot-air generating part which is installed on one side of the loading box to supply wind or hot wind passed through the vent holes of the porous plates to the inside; and (v) a drain valve which is installed on one side of the loading box to discharge the leachate drained through the vent holes of the porous plates.
