PURPOSE: A method for cleaning a surface of a wall is provided to spray a high-pressure fluid from a nozzle, and to remove foreign substance attached to a surface of a wall in a conduit line, thereby removing the foreign substance with low pressure and efficiently performing a cleaning work. CONSTITUTION: Both ends are folded up, opposite to a surface of a wall(10), and middle parts thereof are separated. A cover(20) is covered to form a space(21) having at least more than one opening(21a). A high-pressure hose(34) is inserted into the space(21) through the opening(21a), and is rotated on a pivot, then moves to a central direction, to spirally move a nozzle(36). Another nozzles having different diameters are sprayed, opposite to the nozzle(36). The nozzle(36) is firmly cleaned as spirally moving, near to one surface of the wall(10) by pressure differences of fluids sprayed from the another nozzles.
