摘要 PURPOSE: A method for simultaneous detection of tubercle Bacillus(TB) and nontuberculous Mycobacteria(NTM) by multiple-nested polymerase chain reaction is provided, thereby rapidly detecting tubercle Bacillus and nontuberculous Mycobacteria. CONSTITUTION: A method for simultaneous detection of tubercle Bacillus(TB) and nontuberculous Mycobacteria(NTM) comprises carrying out multiple-nested polymerase chain reaction using all of three kinds of primer pairs specific to mtp40, IS6110 and hsp65, respectively, which are associated with Mycobacteria, wherein the primer pairs have the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 12. The method for simultaneous detection of tubercle Bacillus(TB) and nontuberculous Mycobacteria(NTM) comprises the steps of: adding DNA extracted from infected microorganism and three kinds of primers of SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 12 into a patient's sample; amplifying a portion or the total of the gene by multiple-nested polymerase chain reaction; and analyzing the amplified products.
