PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a change in file names and the infeasibility of identifying the contents of the files from the file names in case of duplication of the file names when the files are moved. SOLUTION: The folder is freshly formed in a second recording medium according to the decision that the duplicated files exist and the file recorded in a first recording medium is moved into this folder, by which the duplication of the file names can be averted.
