<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation supervisory and controlling system by which a vibration in a pump and a driving machine in a drainage plant is monitored, the cause of an abnormality is analyzed when the abnormality occurs, and the operations of the pump and the driving machine are controlled to prevent a serious fault based on the cause of the abnormality in the pump and the driving machine after analyzing the vibration. <P>SOLUTION: The system is the one for the drainage plant provided with a drainage apparatus (71) including: a drainage pump (10); the driving machine (20); and a decelerator (30). The system includes: a vibrometer (72) for measuring the vibration of the drainage apparatus (71); a vibration analyzer (64) for analyzing the vibration measured by the vibrometer (72), and specifying its cause; and an apparatus vibration controller (65) for deciding the operation policy of the drainage apparatus (71) from the cause, largeness, and change of the vibration, and transmitting an operation control signal to control the operation of the drainage apparatus (71). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
