<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for horizontal connection capable of reducing the manufacturing manhours. <P>SOLUTION: A plug body 2 is provided with a first plug part 3, a second plug part 4, and movable connection parts 10 and 11 connecting them relatively moving in a limited range. A lead frame having multiple jumper leads 15 and both side end parts for connecting them is formed of an integrated metal plate. The lead frame is covered with a first cover 18E and a second cover 18F and fixed to the plug part 3 and the plug part 4, respectively. Both side end parts of the lead frame is cut. Thereby displacement of a board can be absorbed, and the jumper leads 15 can be attached by using the lead frame as a unit, so that manufacturing manhours can significantly be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
