<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for realizing a relatively large totally solid dye sensitizing solar cell comprising a P-type semiconductor where a photoelectric conversion efficiency is improved, a longer continuous operation is attained, and durability of the cell is improved. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive glass constituting a substrate of an optical electrode, a titanium oxide porous layer sensitized by dye, a solid P-type semiconductor layer, and an opposing electrode are jointed together in this order. A zinc oxide necking couple which couples titanium oxide fine particles together is interposed between the titanium oxide fine particles constituting the titanium oxide porous layer. A crystal of an element constituting the P-type semiconductor layer is wrapped up with a conductive soft shell formed from molten salt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
