COMPLETE DISCHARGING DEVICE FOR LITHIUM BATTERY

PURPOSE: A complete discharging device for a lithium battery is provided, to allow the remaining energy of a lithium battery to be completely discharged when wasted for preventing the explosion due to the remaining energy. CONSTITUTION: The discharging device comprises a lithium battery joining terminal(20) joined with the negative electrode and positive electrode of a lithium battery(10), respectively; a resistance(R) which is connected with the joining terminal(20) and consumes the current of a lithium battery outputted via the joining terminal; an LED(L) which is connected between the joining terminal and the resistance in serial and emits light while the electric energy of a lithium battery is consumed; and a switch(SW) for turning on and off the total operation of the device.
