PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile node, a mobile communication system and a communication control program capable of preventing the drastic reduction of TCP throughput that is caused at hand-off of the mobile node. SOLUTION: A mobile host 3 buffers a transmitted confirmation signal to be sent before a prescribed time (Tn) required for transition from a state I to a state II. Then the mobile host 3 receives a router notice of an access router 9, changes a default router form an access router 7 to an access router 9, transits to a state IV when acquiring a new care of address, and the mobile host 3 transmits the buffered transmittal confirmation signal.
