PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contents reproducing device which enables a television broadcast receiving device principally for applications and realize facile use environment for applications by but for the television broadcast receiving device. SOLUTION: Storage means 304 and 119 store contents including at least either of video and audio. Reproducing means 302 and 305 reproduce the contents in the storage means 119. Contents reproducing means 103, 104, 106, 111, and 110 processes the contents reproduced by the reproducing means 302 and 305 to output them on a monitor.
