PURPOSE: A method is provided to reduce a processing time and enhance the productivity by packaging electric connections between an x-ray detector panel and a scanning and data integrated circuit chip. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the steps of: forming a protrusion electrode(16) on a scanning and data integrated circuit chip(14); providing a first and second printed circuit board for the scanning and data integrated circuit chip(14); forming first and second lead electrodes each having an inner lead electrode(17) and an outer lead electrode(18); contacting the inner lead electrodes of the first and second lead electrodes to the protrusion electrode of the scanning integrated circuit chip(14); and contacting the outer lead electrode of the second lead electrode with a first print circuit board. |
