PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resinous thrust slide bearing which suppresses loss of lubricating oil from a sliding surface in long use, sliding with low torque, prevents the generation of frictional sound, and ensures smooth steering operation even when built in a strut type suspension. SOLUTION: This synthetic resinous thrust slide bearing 1 is composed of a synthetic resinous upper case 100, a synthetic resinous lower case 200, and a synthetic resinous bearing piece 300 arranged between the upper and lower cases 100, 200. The synthetic resinous piece 300 comprises a plurality of radial grooves 305 arranged on lower surfaces 302, 303 in a circumferential direction at even intervals, so as to open to a circular hole 301 at one end and open to an outer peripheral surface 304 at the other end, and a recessed portion 312 divided by the radial grooves 305 and surrounded by flat surface portions 308 to 311 on the same surface with dividing surfaces 306, 307 on the dividing surfaces 306, 307 of the lower surfaces 302, 303.
