PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluoroelastomer composition excellent in a low- temperature performance, especially, resistance, heat resistance, processability, mass productivity, oil resistance and mass productivity. SOLUTION: The fluoroelastomer composition with the low-temperature performance contains (A) fluororubber, (B) hydrogenated nitrile rubber, (C) a plasticizer, (D) an organic peroxide vulcanizing agent and (E) a co-crosslinking agent as an indispensable component. The fluororubber (A) is a vinylidene fluoride/tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoromethyl vinyl ether copolymer and the hydrogenated nitrile rubber (B) contains acrylonitrile of <30 wt.% and has an iodine value of≤30 (mg/100 mg). The fluoroelastomer composition contains (A) the fluororubber and (B) the hydrogenated nitrile rubber in a ratio of (A)/(B)=51/49-79/21 (by weight) and the blended ratio of the plasticizer (C) to the total amount of (A) the fluororubber and (B) the hydrogenated nitrile rubber is 0.1-30 wt.%.
