PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide environment- and human-friendly power source with less energy, by making a torque generation device using Coriolis force. SOLUTION: This torque generation device has a rotor at its center, a frame for supporting the rotor, a frame having a shaft perpendicularly supporting the frame with respect to a shaft of the rotor, a shaft of the frame, and a frame having a shaft supporting perpendicularly to the shaft.
