PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bellows-like deformable part capable of being completely deformed in a bellows form and being manufactured easily and at a low cost. SOLUTION: An impact input part 12 which permits an impact to be inputted from the outside, and a cylindrical deformed part 14 deformable into a bellows form by the input of such an impact are integrated by melt-jointing or frictional agitation jointing. A thermally affected part 32 softened by a heat input of the melt-jointing or frictional agitation jointing is formed at an area on the opposite side to the impact input part 12 side sandwiching a jointed part in the cylindrical deformed part 14.
