PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel construction key device adaptable for a rotary disc tumbler key. SOLUTION: Unlocking notches and construction notches 28 are formed in respective construction tumblers 25 and the tumbler is constituted so that the construction notch 28 is orderly fitted to the inside edge of a locking bar when the construction key is inserted in the key hole when actuating the construction device and that the unlocking notch is orderly fitted to the locking bar when a duplicate key is inserted when releasing the construction key device. Release of the construction key device is changed over by filling an infilling carried in an infilling housing groove 36 into the construction notch 28 and thereafter, the inner cylinder is made irrotational even if the construction key is inserted in the key hole and the construction notch is orderly fitted to the locking bar.
