PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perlite heat insulation molded board that is used for rustproof laths for preventing the occurrence of product defects due to rust, in an incombustible heat insulating material mainly used for external heat insulation of wooden buildings. SOLUTION: In the manufacture of an incombustible heat insulating material using perlite with relatively high water absorbency, rustproof laths made of synthetic resin are used as a reinforcement to make the molded boards.
