<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a damping and absorbing performance against a load input from lowering while suppressing an increase in cost. <P>SOLUTION: A fender 14 is deformed without being restricted even when a large load is inputted from an upper side by tilting a vertical wall part 19 under the shelf part 17 of the fender 14 to the lateral outside 16 of a vehicle. Thus the damping and absorbing performance against the load input can be prevented from lowering.
