PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure combustion performance by supplementing the shortage of the quantity of a primary air without increasing the number of components, when the quantity of the primary air is short even if the dimension of an opening part for the primary air is expanded to a structural limit. SOLUTION: This heating equipment is provided with an air quantity adjusting part 37 formed by overhanging a part of a bellmouth 25, a part of an indoor air introduced inside a duct 23 is cut off and lead into the primary air opening part 31 to supplement the shortage of the primary air 30, when only the primary air opening part 31 is provided therein, and secure the combustion performance.
