PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box which is easy to unseal and re-sealable. SOLUTION: The packaging box comprises peripheral walls formed of respective pairs of end plates 1 and side plates 2, inner flaps 6 extending from an upper rim of the end plates 1 and outer flaps 7 extending from an upper rim of the side plates 2 which are stuck via an adhesive for sealing the box. The outer flap 7 has a cut line 8 extending from its tip to an outer side rim of a base while bypassing an adhesive applied portion 13. A part inward from the cut line 8 of the flap 7 is made into a tear-open part 9, and an engaging piece 10 with the inner flap 6 is provided at both sides of the tip of the part 9.
