Stabilizing composition comprises 1-99 pbw at least one antioxidant in the form of a compound the molecular structure of which includes at least one sterically hindered phenol; and 1-99 pbw at least one water-soluble inorganic salt of an acid including hydrophosphorus acid or phosphorus acid. Independent claims are also included for: (a) a process for stabilizing a polymeric resin, which comprises blending the polymeric resin with the inventive stabilizing composition; (b) stabilized polymeric resin, i.e. stabilized graft rubber containing at least one rubber having a glass transition temperature of at most 10 degrees C as graft base, and at least one grafted phase that is the polymerization product of at least one vinyl monomer in the presence of the rubber and the stabilizing composition; (c) a molding composition comprising the stabilized graft rubber comprising 5-95 pbw rubber and 5-95 pbw grafted phase; and (d) a molded article comprising the molding composition.
