PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts and to realize cost down. SOLUTION: A wire harness clamp 24 is fixed to a mounting hole 30 formed on an upper surface 12B of a rocker inner panel 12 and a floor carpet hook 22 is engaged with the wire harness clamp 24. The floor carpet hook 22 co- functions fixing of the floor carpet 20 to the rocker 10 and a protection of the wire harness 26. An opening trim 42 is clamped to a welding flange 10A of an upper part of the rocker and a lip 42B of the opening trim 42 covers/hides a terminal 20A in a car width direction in the floor carpet 20.
