<p>A system and method for a training center network operative in the implementation of personalized training programs managed and controlled by network-based computing devices is disclosed. The system and method provides the selection of an exercise program for a user (10, 12) desiring to enter an exercise regimen, the dynamic customizing of the selected exercise program by the user (10, 12), a central server-based registration of the user into a training center’s network for the purpose of performing regularly and persistently the selected and customized exercise program, and the dynamic ordering of one or more exercise sessions associated with a user and performable across alternative local training centers (20, 22) connected to a data communication network (24).</p> |
