PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reach forklift truck that can tilt a load placed on forks longitudinally without a lateral tilt even in an unbalanced load condition, can reduce manufacturing cost and maintenance cost, and improves the field of view of an operator. SOLUTION: A reach carriage 7 supports a left and a right front and/or rear guide roller 21 for vertical motion, which are driven by a single tilt driving means 30 via a rear synchronizing means 29 for mechanically synchronizing vertical movements of the left and right guide rollers 21. The height of the left and right guide rollers 21 relative to a vehicle body is checked by guide rails, so that a longitudinal tilt of the reach carriage 7 tilts the left and right forks 17 supported on the reach carriage 7 mechanically synchronously even under different loads on them.
