<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-type loop-like passage device wherein lowering of heat transport performance caused by thinning of a passage is improved and heat transport control is stably performed, and also provide temperature control equipment using the device. <P>SOLUTION: A heat radiating part 7 and a heat receiving part 8 are connected by a loop-like passage 3, and a pair of passage control valves 4a, 4b with different passage resistance are disposed in the passage 3 being spaced by a prescribed distance in the flow direction of liquid. A triangular heater 5 is disposed between a pair of passage control valves 4a, 4b, positioning the top part of the triangle near the passage control valve 4b with small passage resistance.
