<p>The present invention is related to a recombinant eucaryote cell or organism having incorporated in its genome a genetic construct made of at least one nucleotide sequence encoding a toxic gene (TOX) under the control of an inducible promoter/operator genetic sequence and possibly a selectable marker. The present invention is also related to a production and selection method of genetically modified eucaryote cells or organisms having integrated into their genome foreigner (exogenous) DNA fragment(s) by using said recombinant eucaryote cells or organisms.</p> |
