<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored photosensitive composition having such heat resistance as not to impair the properties (shape, hue, etc.), of a color filter and capable of forming a fine pattern with high resolution and to provide a color filter using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The colored photosensitive composition comprises a dye and a high molecular compound containing at least one of structural units represented by formulae (I)-(III), isoluble in water and soluble in an alkaline aqueous solution, wherein A and each E are each H, alkyl or the like; B is alkylene, phenylene or the like; F and G are each alkylene or the like; R<SP>1</SP>is H or CH<SB>3</SB>; R<SP>2</SP>is a single bond or an organic group; X<SP>1</SP>is O or NR<SP>3</SP>; Z<SP>1</SP>is OH, COOH, SO<SB>2</SB>NHR<SP>4</SP>or the like; R<SP>3</SP>-R<SP>15</SP>are each alkyl, aryl, aralkyl or the like; X<SP>2</SP>and each X<SP>3</SP>are each CO, OCO or SO<SB>2</SB>; Y<SP>1</SP>is arylene; Y<SP>2</SP>is -CO-R<SP>16</SP>, -COOR<SP>16</SP>, -SO<SB>2</SB>R<SP>16</SP>or the like; l, n, p and q are each 0-1; and m≥1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
