CONTROL METHOD FOR VALVE SOLENOID CURRENT FOR FUEL INJECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the delay time of the valve opening and closing relative to each other to a possible minimum by controlling the opening and closing of a valve in a fuel injector for an internal-combustion engine. SOLUTION: The method to control a valve solenoid 22 for the injector consists of steps: to generate a target value signal as modeling of the desired current profile flowing through the valve solenoid; to prepare a current control device for adjusting the current flowing through the valve solenoid; and to make the current flowing through the valve solenoid precisely identical to the target value signal by adjusting the current flowing through the valve solenoid.
