PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building structure, in which a peripheral space is not used while maintaining the function of the building structure in the case of repair works and which flexibly corresponds to the contents of repair works. SOLUTION: A vertically extended open-ceiling space section 10 is formed to the outer peripheral surface of a building 2. Guide rails 11 guiding a lift 12 lifting and lowering apparatuses or the like in the case of repair works in the vertical direction are installed in the open-ceiling space section 10.
