<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balcony capable of efficiently ventilating the inside of a habitable room which is not viewed even from the front face, located in the backside of an opening. <P>SOLUTION: A handrail 5 of a balcony is formed of an opaque wall 52 erected at the front face of an opening and a window 53 installed in the left side or right side of the wall 52.
