PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel control device of a work vehicle which properly controls a pair of right and left travel devices irrespective of detection error and assembling error or the like with a speed change position detector. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a pair of hydraulic cylinders 33R, 33L operating of speed change of a pair of continuously variable transmissions 11R, 11L, a pair of speed change position sensors 46, 47 detecting the speed change position and a pair of rotation speed sensors detecting an output rotation speed. A control device 31 controlling each hydraulic cylinder is freely switched to a normal control mode executing a travel control and an adjusting mode, automatically actuates the hydraulic cylinder so that each one of continuously variable transmissions 11R, 11L is in the reference rotation state in the adjusting mode respectively and corrects the reference information at executing the travel control based on the detection value of the speed change position sensor at that time.
