PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flush stool preventing water from overflowing from a bowl when the flush toilet stool installed and used in a habitable room is moved to the habitable space. SOLUTION: A crushing and pressure feeding device is provided with a bowl holding fouled waste once, a discharge outlet arranged downstream under the bowl draining the fouled waste from the bowl, a crushing section disposed in the downstream side of the discharge outlet to crush the fouled waste, a pressure feed part pressure feeding the crushed waste outward, a pressure feed pipe connected to the downward side of the pressure feed part to pressure feed the crushed fouled waste from the pressure feed part to the downstream side, a main body tank containing the crushing and pressure feeding part constituted of the crushing section and pressure feed part and temporarily accumulating the waste water inflowing from the bowl, an opening/closing part switching over connection/nonconnection between the bowl and the crushing pressure feeding part, a washing water supply part for feeding washing water, In this stool, a seal water structure is installed in the downstream side of the crushing pressure feeding part to separate the sewage side space extending from a sewer pipe to the seal water structure through the pressure feed pipe from the upstream side space including from the seal water structure to the opening/closing part.
