PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a cellphone in an almost hands-free state, to prevent stuffy condition due to rubbing and sweating generated in the neck part or the shoulder part by wearing a seat belt, and to easily take cards in/out at a toll gate, etc., of an express highway. SOLUTION: This cover is provided with a cover main body 2 attachably/ detachably wound on a breast seat belt 1 of the seat belt for an automobile, a holding part 3 for the cellphone provided at a breast position of the front surface of the cover main body 2 and a holding part 7 for cards.
