PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of securely preventing corotation and preparing high quality improved soil when constructing an improved columnar body to enhance the bearing force of the ground. SOLUTION: A ground improvement agitator 10 provided with a corotation prevention blade has a hollow rotary shaft 14 in which a delivery opening 14a is formed at the tip, a drilling head 11 having an excavating tip 110 at the front end and preventing the delivery opening 14a from being clogged at the tip of the rotary shaft 14, a pair of mutually opposite excavating agitating blades 12H, 12L so as to have an inclination slanting at a certain angle with respect to the horizontal face at every specified interval on the roraty shaft, a hollow shaft 15 in which the rotary shaft 14 of the more basal end side than the excavating agitating blade 12H is internally inserted, and a corotation prevention blade 101 provided at the tip of the hollow shaft 15.
