<p>A switching power source apparatus wherein a switch (M1) is soft-switched by the charging/discharging current of a capacitor (C1) so that the circuit of transformers (T1, T2) stably resonates, thereby allowing an AC input current of a sine wave the power factor of which is approximate to 1 to flow even over a period with a low AC voltage passing through a voltage zero point, enhancing the efficiency by outputting the power stored in the transformer (T2) upon the soft-switching, and allowing no rush current to flow upon power-on.</p> |
