<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply cooking tasty seasoned steamed rice with vegetables or the like in which cooking is carried out in same water amount as water amount used for cooking polished rice and flavor and chewiness of the ingredients are favorably kept. <P>SOLUTION: Rice 2 and water 3 in an amount corresponding to that of the rice 2 are charged into a rice cooker 1 and fresh ingredients 4 such as Lyophyllum aggregatum or Lentinus edodes are charged onto the rice 2 and a dried seasoning material 5 in which powdery soy sauce, dried bonito powder, glucose powder, common salt, an amino acid, Agaricus powder, etc., are mixed is sprinkled from above these ingredients 4 and the cooker 1 is covered with a lid 7 in this state and the rice 2 is cooked by heating the cooker 1 and these ingredients 4 are boiled and both rice and ingredients are seasoned with a solution of dried seasoning material 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
