PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefinic resin multilayered film or sheet having non-bleeding properties, capable of ensuring transparency at the time of high speed formation of a film and having good high frequency sealability and good cutting properties. SOLUTION: The polyolefinic resin multilayered film or sheet is constituted of an intermediate layer comprising an ethylenic resin and layers comprising a propylene resin formed on both surfaces of the intermediate layer. The intermediate layer comprises an ethylenic resin based on at least one polymer selected from among an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), an ethylene/methyl methacrylate copolymer (EMMA), an ethylene/methyl acrylate copolymer (EMA), an ethylene/ethyl acrylate copolymer (EEA), an ethylene/methacrylic acid copolymer (EMAA) and an ionomer (IO). The outer layers comprise a polypropylene type resin based on polypropylene manufactured using a metallocene transition metal as a catalyst. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
