PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small pepper game machine by which a user tosses a ball by desired height with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The spring effects of two double-torsion springs are antithetically utilized. The double-torsion spring to be the base point of the two springs with a coil part downward is successively connected and joined by a connection board with the other double-torsion spring to be a fulcrum with the coil part upward, so as to be fixed to a supporter 4. A handle which includes rotary pins 7 for pushing down the two double-torsion springs fixed to the supporter is moved by the rotation of a motor. A reinforcing board 21 is arranged under the double-torsion springs 6, so that the springs 6 are bent in a 'U' shape to work like a human arm.
