PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpants-style diaper which blocks the leakage of moisture, a wet feeling, the smearing of moisture, provides an excellent wearing feeling, and also is compact and washable, for repeated use. SOLUTION: For this underpants-style diaper, a fabric-form water-absorbent material made of a synthetic fiber, of which the fineness is 0.01 to 2 dtex is used.
