<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sheet which has a nice texture to excellent flexibility, is hard to be steamed for excellent air permeability and can impart comfortable use feeling to a user and to provide the waterproof sheet which has a high water absorption performance for absorbing a urine, a seat or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The waterproof sheet comprises a water absorbent sheet, a non-water absorbent sheet laminated on the absorbent sheet via an adhesive layer.
