PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency by rapidly and surely attaching another desired bit to the tip end of the bit in use attached to an electric tool. SOLUTION: In this bit connecting tool removably attached to the tip end 13 of a + driver bit 2 attached to the electric tool, a through hole 7 is provided at a fixed cylindrical body 4 so that it communicates to a cylinder hole 3 through which the tip end 13 of the + driver bit 2 is inserted, one or more through holes 7 are provided at an angular position other than 90, 180 and 270 degrees with this through hole 7, balls 8 and 15 pressed all the time by an operational cylindrical body 5 so that a part of them project into the cylinder hole 3 age movably provided in each of the through holes 7, and a lock part 22 for locking these balls 8 and 15 so that a part of them project into the cylinder hole 3 is provided close to the cylinder hole 3 of each of the through holes 7.
